Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are non-returnable and cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once the fault has been verified, we will offer a full refund to your original payment method.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you are unhappy with an eligible item, you may return it for a refund in line with this policy.
